AMC covers updation, enhance module, training & user management, bugs/error resolutions with backup monitoring tool. This service is offered by the technical support team for uptime support. First year AMC is included to the software installation amount. Thereafter every year AMC's renewal need to be done for taking uninterruptable services & support.
